Joanna has a heart for women's ministry. She has been a leader in various positions and ministry opportunities.
Joanna was a co-organizer and co-creator alongside ministry founder Isabel Mayer to create RAW (Real Armored Women) Ministries in 2019. RAW had its first women's conference in October 2019, of which Joanna was an organizer and speaker.

A graduate of BCF Ministries' Level 1 Self Confrontation Course, Joanna has a passion for leading other women through the course utilizing the leader matierals to guide group instruction.

Joanna wrote a weekly blog for Today's Christian Living magazine, entitled "The Landing." The Landing aimed to challenge and equip believers and non-believers alike to consider various real-life aspects of a daily walk with Christ.
